Appellate Court in Rochester to Hear Case Against Gun Sellers
This morning in Rochester, the New York Appellate Division (4th Department) will decide if "...a gun dealer, manufacturer, or distributor may be liable under the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act for supplying a gun trafficking operation." It is the first time such a case has been before an appeals court.
