City Council Wants Better Details for Sibley Building Proposal
The history of challenges with the sale and development of the Sibley Building has made City Council members nervous that the city will "fall into the same trap twice." Council member Carolee Conklin is calling for more details of the financing and a change in some of the wording before she will approve the proposal.
