Ribbon Cutting for Voters Block Community

Mumford & Sons 1
The ribbon cutting for the mixed-use Voters Block Community on West Main Street, a project that began when Lt. Governor Duffy was mayor, happened yesterday. There are 120 homes for low to moderate income levels and ten commercial sites, as well as refurbished buildings nearby. The site where Susan B. Anthony cast her illegal vote in 1872 is home to the new 1872 Cafe, run by Spiritus Christi Church. There is currently a waiting list for the apartments; they are all full.
