Rochester City Newspaper: Mayor talks homelessness ahead of activists' march
Rochester's Plan to End Homelessness
Prior to yesterday evening's housing march, Mayor Richards held a press conference to detail what the city is doing to address the area's homeless. Rochester and Monroe County are currently updating a 10 year plan that was developed 5 years ago. It is an approach that provides direct services and programs, as well as investment in affordable housing.
