I’ve told you before that I strongly dislike grocery shopping (or any shopping really). And it was especially difficult when our kids were super little. It was a Herculean effort to get babies/toddlers TO the grocery store and THROUGH an entire grocery list before someone melted down (me included). Let alone finding time do food shopping while working, raising kids and remembering to shower and feed the dog.

I’ve sung the praises of Hart’s before. It makes shopping a much more enjoyable experience. And now Hart’s steps up its game with grocery delivery, starting February 4. Yes, you heard that right. They bring the groceries to your door. You order online and they bring the groceries.

Whether you enjoy shopping or not, there are times when grocery delivery can free up an hour or two that might be better spent elsewhere. If you don’t have a car and rely on the bus, your bike/skateboard or your feet, it also means you can leave the heavy lifting to Hart’s. You can actually do a big stock-your-kitchen-like-your-grandma-would-have shop and still use the bus/bike/skateboard/feet for the little stuff.

Check out Hart’s Rosie and get the scoop. (Some of you are old enough to remember that’s a Jetson’s reference.)

The only zip codes currently available for delivery: 14604, 14605, 14607, 14608 and 14620

If you don’t live in one of those zip codes, you can still order online and have the bagged groceries waiting for you at Hart’s.
