Larry Piccarreto took over the business in 1980, and after a brief retirement, his sons Matthew and Nicholas helped bring the brand back. The Winton Road location at 198 Winton Rd N serves as the pizzeria's Rochester outpost, continuing a tradition built on family recipes and stone deck ovens. The restaurant operates Monday through Wednesday from 3:00 to 9:00 PM and Thursday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with Sundays off.

Bay Goodman Pizza uses old-world stone deck pizza ovens to produce a thin-to-medium New York-style crust with a lightly charred, cornmeal-dusted underside. The menu extends well beyond pizza:
