Bill Gray's Seabreeze Tap Room is a sports bar and restaurant located at 4870 Culver Rd in the Seabreeze neighborhood of Irondequoit, just northeast of Rochester, NY. The Seabreeze location dates back to 1965, when Bill Gray's opened on Culver Road as the chain's second restaurant. Bill Gray's itself was founded in 1938, when Bill Gray — then working at Eastman Kodak — started selling hot dogs from a small roadside stand in Webster, NY. Today the chain operates 14 restaurants across the Rochester area, and the Seabreeze Tap Room serves as one of its full-service, sit-down bar locations.

The Tap Room combines a full food menu with an extensive drink program. Core menu items include Bill Gray's signature ground-steak cheeseburger, bacon double cheeseburgers, mushroom Swiss burgers, the Great Alaskan Cod Fish Sandwich, hot dogs, fries, and onion rings. The bar features a rotating selection of domestic, imported, and locally brewed craft beers on tap, with beer flights available for sampling. Nineteen big-screen HDTVs make it a destination for watching games, and the space also includes a party room for private events.

Bill Gray's Seabreeze Tap Room sits along what locals call "Hot Dog Row" — a stretch of Culver Road near the inlet of Irondequoit Bay that is home to several of the region's long-standing burger and hot dog restaurants, including Don's Original and Vic and Irv's. The Tap Room's second-level observation deck offers direct views of Lake Ontario and Irondequoit Bay, setting it apart from other locations in the chain. The craft beer selection rotates frequently, giving the bar a different tap list on repeat visits.

The restaurant is situated on Culver Road in Irondequoit's Seabreeze neighborhood, just steps from Seabreeze Amusement Park — one of the oldest continuously operating amusement parks in the United States, open since 1879. The area sits on the bluffs between Lake Ontario to the north and Irondequoit Bay to the east, making the surrounding streets a popular summer destination. Hours are Monday through Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The outdoor patio and upper deck take advantage of the waterfront setting.
