Carrabba's Italian Grill at 3340 West Henrietta Road in Henrietta, NY, operated for approximately 19 years before permanently closing in late October 2025. The restaurant was part of the national Carrabba's chain, which was founded in 1986 in Houston, Texas, by Johnny Carrabba and his uncle Damian Mandola. The Henrietta location was the only Carrabba's in the greater Rochester market. The restaurant's menu drew from recipes originally developed by Grace Mandola and her daughter Rose, giving the chain's dishes a family-cookbook origin story that dated back to Sicilian immigrants who settled in Bryan, Texas, in the early 1900s.

This stretch of West Henrietta Road is a heavily trafficked commercial strip near Marketplace Mall, lined with national retailers and chain restaurants. The location offered public lot parking. As of late 2025, this Carrabba's is permanently closed, and no replacement tenant has been announced.
