Costich, P.E., L.S., the company has operated from its Lake Avenue office since opening day. In the mid-1980s, his sons Mark R. Costich, P.E. and Charles J. Costich III, L.S. joined to lead the engineering and surveying departments. The firm is now led by Sarah Costich King, R.L.A., who serves as President and CEO, with Michael Ritchie as Vice President.
