The restaurant is part of the Swan Family of Restaurants, a hospitality group owned and operated by the Swan family—Robin, Jon, Paulina, and Ashley—who have been running dining establishments in Rochester's Park Avenue and East & Alexander neighborhoods for roughly three decades.
