DTLR is a lifestyle retail chain occupying the first floor of 10 Franklin Street in downtown Rochester, NY. Originally founded in 1982 as Downtown Locker Room in the Baltimore–Washington, D.C. area, the company started as an athletic apparel shop for runners before shifting its focus toward street-inspired fashion and youth culture. After merging with Sneaker Villa in 2017, DTLR expanded to more than 245 locations across 19 states. The Rochester storefront brings the retailer's mix of footwear, apparel, and accessories to the city's urban core.

The store stocks men's, women's, and kids' products across three main categories:

• Footwear — sneakers and boots from Nike, Jordan, Adidas, New Balance, Puma, Timberland, Reebok, and UGG
• Apparel — casual and athletic clothing, including outerwear from The North Face, with rotating seasonal collections
• Accessories — hats, bags, and related items to complement footwear and clothing purchases

DTLR also operates a Trendsetter Rewards loyalty program and offers gift cards.
