Erdman Anthony is an employee-owned multidisciplinary engineering and construction firm headquartered in Rochester, NY. Paul Erdman and John Hosley founded the company in Rochester in 1954, with Edwin Anthony joining shortly after. The firm grew substantially during the Interstate Highway System expansion of the 1950s and 1960s and became employee-owned in 1997 when 27 staff members purchased it from its corporate owners. Today Erdman Anthony employs roughly 250 people across eight offices in New York, Pennsylvania, Florida, Maryland, and Virginia, with Rochester remaining its corporate home base.

The Rochester office delivers consulting engineering and support services across several disciplines:

• Transportation engineering — including highway design and construction inspection on projects such as the NYS Thruway Exits 39–40 reconstruction

The corporate headquarters occupies roughly 25,000 square feet on the second floor of the Culver Road Armory at 145 Culver Road, Suite 200, in Rochester's Upper Monroe neighborhood. The firm relocated here in January 2012 from its previous offices in Henrietta. Built in 1918 as a National Guard cavalry facility, the Armory was redeveloped into a mixed-use destination with restaurants, shops, offices, and residences. The building sits near the intersection of Culver Road and East Avenue, a well-traveled corridor in the city's southeast side. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
