Floor & Decor occupies a 65,573-square-foot building at 20 Miracle Mile Drive in Henrietta, just outside Rochester, NY. The warehouse-format store and design center opened in August 2023 after a new structure was built on the site of a previously demolished building near Marketplace Mall. It is the first Floor & Decor location in the Greater Rochester area and the company's sixth store in New York State. The Atlanta-headquartered chain, founded in 2000, operates more than 200 locations nationwide and focuses on hard-surface flooring for both homeowners and professional contractors.

The Henrietta store stocks a broad in-stock selection across several hard-surface flooring categories:

The store also offers curbside pickup and financing options. Current hours run Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Floor & Decor operates as a warehouse-style retailer, meaning it keeps large quantities of flooring and tile in stock on-site rather than requiring customers to order and wait for delivery. The Henrietta location opened with roughly 50 full-time and part-time associates and carries the company's full range of hard-surface products, from entry-level vinyl plank to natural stone slabs.
