Giuseppe's is a family-owned Italian restaurant and bakery at 50 Spencerport Road in the Gates neighborhood of Rochester, NY. Founded in 1927 by Italian immigrant Giuseppe Petrillo, the business originally operated on State Street in downtown Rochester before relocating to its current Spencerport Road location. Now in its fourth generation of family ownership, Giuseppe's is run by Joseph Chinappi and his sons Marciano and Joey Jr., who serve as head chef and head baker, respectively. Joseph Chinappi officially took over operations in 1990.

Giuseppe's operates three distinct sides of the business: a dine-in and take-out restaurant, a full-service catering operation, and a wholesale bakery. The restaurant menu includes pizza, pasta, subs, and pastries, all made in-house. Notable items include their homemade breads and rolls prepared using generational recipes, steak sandwiches made with thin-shaved sirloin and hand-cut mozzarella, and traditional Italian dishes like slow-simmered tripe prepared in an old-world style. The wholesale bakery arm is substantial, servicing more than 400 accounts daily across the Rochester region with three delivery routes. Catering orders can be placed through their website. The restaurant is open Wednesday through Sunday, closed Monday and Tuesday.
