Patron Saint is a classic American steakhouse located in downtown Rochester, NY, at 260 East Broad Street. The restaurant opened in late 2024 after roughly two years of development by co-owners Josh and Jenna Miles, Tom and Cathy Riggio, Chelsea Felton, and chefs Jeremy Nucelli and Ken McCorry. It operates under the SCN Hospitality group, which also runs several other Rochester restaurants including Branca Midtown, Bitter Honey, and Velvet Belly. The dining room overlooks The Grove courtyard situated between Tower 280 and the Butler/Till building.

The menu centers on dry-aged steaks prepared on a Jade broiler system, with cuts ranging from a 12-ounce New York strip to an Australian Wagyu option. Beyond steaks, the kitchen turns out dishes like beef tartare, escargot with roasted bone marrow, and a Dover sole that is deboned tableside. Eight rotating sides accompany the mains, and desserts include butterscotch crème brûlée and coconut red velvet cake.

The bar program features craft cocktails — the house Manhattan is smoked under a cloche using Iron Smoke Whiskey, and a signature drink called The Saint blends tequila, sage, pear, and egg white. Seventeen wines are available by the glass, along with a selection of low-alcohol and non-alcoholic options. Private dining and event hosting are also available for corporate gatherings and celebrations.

Patron Saint is known for its Art Deco- and speakeasy-influenced interior, designed by Lauryn McCabe and Chelsea Felton. Two dining rooms are separated by a glass-enclosed, climate-controlled wine cellar, and the main room is anchored by a dramatically lit olive tree encircled by curved banquettes. Deep green walls, raspberry accents, moody lighting, and luxe carpeting define the atmosphere. The restaurant also holds a connection to downtown Rochester's redevelopment story, honoring the legacy of Larry Glazer, a figure closely tied to the area's revitalization.

Patron Saint sits at 260 East Broad Street, Suite 120, in the heart of downtown Rochester, overlooking The Grove courtyard near Tower 280. The restaurant is closed Sundays; dinner service runs Monday through Thursday from 5 to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m., with a Friday lunch seating from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The bar opens at 4:30 p.m. on weekdays and stays open until midnight or later on weekends. Complimentary valet parking is available, and free street parking can be found after 6 p.m. The surrounding block includes fellow SCN Hospitality venue Branca Midtown, making the East Broad Street corridor a growing dining destination downtown.
