Polska Chata is a family-owned Polish restaurant, deli, and market located at 32 Vinedale Ave in the town of Irondequoit, just north of Rochester, NY. Owners Izabela Tarlowska and Janusz Tarlowski, both born and raised in Poland, opened the business in 2004 with the goal of sharing authentic Polish food and culture with the Rochester community. The restaurant operates out of a converted house on a quiet residential street, giving it an intimate, homey atmosphere that sets it apart from typical commercial dining spaces.

Polska Chata is a woman-owned and minority-owned business that has grown steadily over its two decades of operation, expanding from traditional Polish fare into plant-based offerings to serve a wider range of diners.

The menu centers on Old World Polish recipes prepared in-house. Standout items include:
