Progressive Barbershop is a traditional barber shop at 1002 S Clinton Ave in Rochester, NY, operating under the same name since 1918. Founded on Joseph Avenue by Russian immigrant brothers, the shop later moved to 1122 Monroe Avenue before settling into its current South Clinton Avenue location. Patti Parker purchased the business from Nick Valentino in 1974 and continues to run the shop today. With more than a century of continuous operation under its original name, Progressive holds the distinction of being Rochester's oldest continuously named barber shop.
