Salty Bread Pizza Cafe is a pizza shop and bakery on Dewey Avenue in the Greece neighborhood of Rochester, NY. Founded in May 2022 by Paul and Laura Padoleski, the cafe grew out of Paul's nearly three decades of experience in the Rochester pizza and restaurant industry, including stints at local operations like Krony's Pizza, Papa John's, Great Northern Pizza Kitchen, and Amazing Grains bakery. The Dewey Avenue location is the second outpost, following the original 960-square-foot cafe in the Sea Breeze neighborhood of Irondequoit.

The menu centers on New York-style pizza available by the slice alongside the cafe's signature salty French bread pizzas — built on a ciabatta-style bread sliced lengthwise and baked with olive oil and sea salt. Customers can build their own or choose from rotating specialty pies that deconstruct familiar dishes, such as French Onion Soup Pizza, Nashville Hot Pizza, Lobster Mac 'n' Cheese Pizza, and Chicken French — the last blending two Rochester regional favorites into one. Beyond pizza, the menu includes:
