Satori Studio

Satori Studio is a boutique group fitness facility located at 358 N. Goodman Street in Rochester, NY's Neighborhood of the Arts (NOTA) district. Operated under the Elevate fitness brand, the studio focuses on small-group training across multiple disciplines, combining strength work, cycling, and mindful movement practices. The space is divided into three distinct training areas — a group fitness studio, a dedicated cycle studio, and a pilates and yoga studio — each designed with a minimalist aesthetic intended to keep the focus on the workout itself.

Satori's class schedule spans five core formats:
