Skintopia Wellness Spa

Skintopia Wellness Spa is a boutique skincare studio located at 2354 Monroe Avenue in the Brighton neighborhood of Rochester, NY. Founded in February 2010 by licensed esthetician Christina Peralta Velez, the spa operates on an appointment-only basis and focuses on personalized skin treatments and body services. Peralta Velez brings over 20 years of experience in the spa industry and continues her training at international skincare conferences. The business has since expanded to a second location, Skintopia Lounge, on Titus Avenue in Irondequoit.

Skintopia provides a focused menu of face and body treatments, including:

Skintopia has built its practice around Brazilian waxing and customized facial treatments, with Christina Peralta Velez holding specialized certification in both areas. The spa also features a meditation room experience as part of select services. Operating strictly by appointment with a 24-hour cancellation policy, the studio maintains a one-on-one service model rather than a high-volume approach.

The Monroe Avenue location sits along one of Brighton's busiest commercial corridors, east of the Twelve Corners intersection. Free parking is available in a rear lot behind the building. The surrounding stretch of Monroe Avenue is home to a mix of independent shops, restaurants, and service businesses, making it easy to combine a spa visit with other errands in the area. Hours vary by day, with the spa open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday. All visits require a scheduled appointment — walk-ins are not accepted.
