TC Hooligans

TC Hooligans is a sports bar and grill located in the Town of Greece, a western suburb of Rochester, NY. Owner Joe Ferrari originally established the business in Greece in 1999, and it has operated in the community for over two decades. In July 2018, the bar relocated to its current 8,500-square-foot space at 200 Center Place Drive, where a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held with local officials including the Greece Town Supervisor and members of the Town Board. A former Webster location spun off as a separate establishment in 2011, making the Greece site the flagship.

The menu at TC Hooligans centers on wood-fired pizza and pub-style cooking. Guests can build their own pizzas from the wood-fired oven or choose from the house selections. Beyond pizza, the kitchen turns out a broad lineup:

• Chicken wings offered bone-in or boneless with a variety of sauces
• Hand-pressed burgers, including the signature Hooligan Burger
• Specialty plates like fish tacos, pub mac and cheese, and chicken and waffles
• Shareable appetizers such as loaded fries, nachos, and spinach artichoke dip
• Fresh wraps, specialty sandwiches, and a full salad menu

A kids' menu is available for younger diners. The bar also holds OTB wagering and lottery terminals. On weekends, live bands perform at the venue. A private party room accommodates up to 35 seated guests for events like birthdays, corporate gatherings, and holiday parties.

TC Hooligans is known for its large-format sports viewing setup, with 60 televisions spread across the interior — making it one of the more screen-dense sports bars in the Greece area. The 3,500-square-foot patio provides substantial outdoor seating during warmer months. Having operated in the Greece community since 1999, the bar has built a long-running local presence that predates its current Center Place Drive location by nearly two decades.

TC Hooligans sits at 200 Center Place Drive in Greece, positioned near The Mall at Greece Ridge, one of the Rochester area's largest shopping centers off Ridge Road West and Route 390. The surrounding area is a commercial corridor with retail and dining options, making it an accessible stop before or after shopping. The bar's sizeable patio takes advantage of the plaza setting, and parking is available in the shared lot.
