The space features warm lighting, exposed wooden beams, and a stone wood-fired oven that serves as the centerpiece of the kitchen. The Gate House operates entirely on clean solar and wind power, reflecting a commitment to sustainability that extends to its sourcing practices — the kitchen uses cage-free eggs, organic dairy, and herbs grown in the restaurant's own summer garden during warmer months.
