Village Bakery & Cafe is a scratch-cooking breakfast and lunch spot operating inside the Culver Road Armory in Rochester, NY. The cafe opened in 2012, the same year the decommissioned 100,000-square-foot military armory began its conversion into a mixed-use development of offices, retail, and restaurants. Village Bakery has since expanded to four locations across the Rochester area — including Pittsford Village, Eastview Mall in Victor, and Webster Village — but the Culver Road Armory location remains a neighborhood fixture in the East Avenue corridor.

The kitchen works from a philosophy summed up by the bakery's own tagline: "It's not just what we use, it's what we don't." Ingredients are sourced locally, and the menu excludes nitrates, antibiotics, and preservatives.

Village Bakery & Cafe serves breakfast and lunch daily from 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., seven days a week. The menu centers on a few categories:
