Vitalize Medical & Aesthetics

Vitalize Medical & Aesthetics is a full-service medical spa located at 2900 Monroe Ave in the Brighton neighborhood of Rochester, NY. Founded in 2012 by a local urologist who identified gaps in hormone and wellness care, the practice has expanded from its clinical roots into a wide-ranging aesthetics and wellness destination. The clinic is led by Clinical Director Samantha Sassone, DNP, AGPCNP-C, LMT, and staffed by a team of nurse practitioners and registered nurses. Vitalize operates Monday through Friday, with extended Wednesday hours until 6:30 PM.

The practice spans both medical wellness and cosmetic aesthetics. On the wellness side, services include:

Vitalize Medical & Aesthetics has operated on Monroe Avenue for over a decade, building a practice that bridges clinical medicine and cosmetic treatments under one roof. The clinic was an early adopter of IV hydration and vitamin therapy in the Rochester market, introducing those services in 2018 before they gained wider popularity in the area. The practice has also been recognized locally as a top weight loss center in Rochester.

The clinic is situated in Clover Commons at the intersection of Monroe Avenue and Clover Street in Brighton, a well-trafficked suburban corridor just southeast of the City of Rochester. The Monroe Avenue stretch through Brighton is lined with shops, restaurants, and professional offices, making it easy to combine a visit with other errands. The plaza location provides on-site parking. Brighton's Twelve Corners commercial district is a short drive to the west along Monroe Avenue.
