On Sunday, July 12, Rochester gathers at ESL Ballpark to mark something that will not happen again in any of our lifetimes: the 250th birthday of the United States. Monroe County's America 250 celebration runs from 5 to 10 PM, filling the evening with cultural experiences, live entertainment, educational programming, and family-friendly activities — and capping it all off with fireworks. This is a free community night out, the kind Rochester is made for.
