BIODANCE turns 20 this fall, and Rochester gets to celebrate. The company is bringing together former company members and longtime collaborators for two reunion performances at the ESL Rochester Fringe Festival — a rare chance to see what two decades of experimental, community-rooted dance looks like gathered in one room. Artistic director Missy Pfohl Smith of the University of Rochester leads the program, which draws from BIODANCE's deep repertory alongside media by W. Michelle Harris of RIT.
