The Rochester Fringe Festival is bringing the show outside this September. Circus in the City — a free, outdoor festival-within-a-festival — arrives September 18 and 19, featuring circus arts, street theater, and interactive experiences right in the heart of downtown Rochester. Supported by an Empire State Development grant, this is the first large-scale outdoor circus performance event in Western New York. No ticket needed. Just show up and look up.
