HYDE at Geva — PUSH Physical Theatre Tells the Jekyll Story from the Other Side

What if Edward Hyde got to tell his side of the story? That is the anarchic premise behind HYDE, a hilarious and acrobatic physical theatre production coming to Geva’s Fielding Stage in late January. Hyde has rented a theatre, put on his fanciest suit, and hired a couple of actors — but things careen off the rails when his special guest is late and the actors go off script. PUSH Physical Theatre turns the Jekyll & Hyde myth on its head in a fast-paced romp that is part comedy, part circus, and entirely unlike anything else on a Rochester stage this winter.
