This Saturday morning, the Memorial Art Gallery's Fountain Court becomes a space for something your body has been waiting for. Mindful MAGiC: Frequency Flow weaves together Kundalini yoga and enveloping live sound in one of Rochester's most beautiful rooms — a morning practice meant not to perform wellness, but to actually arrive inside it. Bring a friend or just yourself.
