The New York State Yoga Festival lands at Letchworth State Park for a full day of movement, music, and vendors under the 2026 theme Wild and Free. The Grand Canyon of the East as a yoga mat backdrop is a version of downward dog most people have not experienced. There is hiking alongside the classes, live music, and vendors throughout the day. Letchworth is about an hour south of Rochester.
