Olcott Beach Carousel Park opens for the season this Memorial Day weekend — and yes, rides are still 25 cents. The historic carousel is right on Lake Ontario, about 45 minutes from Rochester, and opening weekend has the particular quality of something that has been waiting through winter for exactly this.
