For 30 years, Casa Larga Vineyards has invited Rochesterians out to Fairport to stomp grapes the old-fashioned way. The Purple Foot Festival is exactly the kind of joyful, slightly ridiculous, deeply communal celebration this season calls for — you roll up your pants, climb into a barrel, and stomp alongside your neighbors while Rochester-area bands play and food trucks line the lawn. The 30th anniversary makes this one especially worth marking.
