The Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra takes it outside for a free full orchestra performance at Parcel 5 on July 10. This is not a highlight reel or a pop concert with strings — it is a full RPO performance in downtown Rochester, under the open sky, for free. The RPO also runs a summer Around the Town series with neighborhood concerts on July 7, 14, 21, and 28 — but the Parcel 5 date is the anchor.
